But you might be wasting your money on those leads! And the reason is, you may not know what to do with them.
A lead by my definition is someone who has shown interest in a product or service. A lead only becomes a sale when the lead has been SOLD. And in order to sell someone, you need a sales process.
Not a day goes by when I don’t get asked to help generate email leads for a business.
When the email leads don’t convert, then naturally it’s the email marketing that failed.

Don’t start with how many email leads you need, start with what you are going to do when you have that lead in your hands.
